Brief Introduction Of Liquid Silicone

The liquid silicone is a relatively solid high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, liquid rubber, with good fluidity, fast curing, more safety and environmental protection, can fully meet food grade requirements. According to the position of the molecular structure of the functional group (ie, cross-linking points), the liquid rubber with functional groups often divided into two categories: a class of functional groups in both ends of the molecular structure called telechelic liquid rubber; the other is active groups were randomly distributed in the main chain, the so-called molecular structure with functional groups, known as non-telechelic liquid rubber. Of course, both with intermediate functional group with the official group of end groups, focusing on the study of telechelic liquid rubber. Liquid rubber should be based on its contained active functional groups to select the chain growth agent or crosslinking agent with appropriate functional groups.
