Product Feature
RTV-2Silicone is a newly insulating materialsilicon ofsilicon compounds.
It cures without heat, corrosion and just with little shrinkage. It can be appliedto the sealing and pouring of various electronic components, and then forminginsulation system.
Features:

l        Room temperature vulcanize, and easy to operate;

l        Maintain flexibility at a wide temperature range, andexcellent insulation performance;

l        Waterproofing, moisture-proof, mouldproof, dustproof, andfixed components;

l        Resistance to Chemical dielectric, anti-yellowing,resistance to climate ageing.

Typical Application

9301 is suitable for bonded seal of electronic components, powermodule and control module, which requires waterproof and insulation. It can bebroadly used for LED screen, Wind Power Generator, PCB substrate, etc.

TECHNICAL GUIDELINES

1, Pls put part A and part B in separate container and stirevenly before mixing the two part together.

2, Weight Ratio: part A: part B = 1:1

3, Deaeration the mixture under 0.08 MPa for 3 minutes.

4, The temperature influences the curing time of 9301. Whenin too low temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to acceleratevulcanization.

Warm Tips:
1.Thefollowing material may hinder the curing of the product, So pls apply aftersummary experiment. When necessary, pls clean the application areas.

l        Condensation silicone which not completely cured or organictin compounds

l        Sulphur, sulfide andsulfur rubber materials.

l        Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials.

l        Pewters solder flux.

2. Should be sealed storage.The mixture should be used up atonce, avoid causing waste.

3. Silicone belongs to non-dangerous goods, but keep awayfrom mouth and eyes.

4. When it gets stratified after a period of storage, Pleasemix 9301 evenly before using, it does not affect the performance.

SHELF LIFE AND TRANSPORTATION

1. Twelve(12) months fromdate of shipment when stored at 24Cin original unopened packages.

2. This kind of product is non-dangerous product, it can betransported as general chemicals.

3. Products exceed the storage life should be confirmednormal before using.
