How to make a manual mold ?

 

1.Dewaxing method: fristly, takingparaffin to create an original molds ,then fixing a paraffin stick On it( thedemoud casting mounth reffred to casting mouth stick), sercendly,

Putthe stick on hand, pouring the mixed gypsum slurry into the casting in the box,20mins later, demould the box to 100 degree water to boling 30 mins,finally,when the all the wax cookedm, removing it to drying or sun-dring. Thus, themold is sucessfully made out ,next, heating and melting the plastic, pouringthe mixer into casting mouth, cooling, demoud, a bright surface mold is finished out.
