addition cure silicone rubber Description:
addition cure silicone rubber are generally named as two-part addition silicone rubber that vulcanises at room temperature.Part A is a flowable liquid, part B is the curing agent(platinum catalyst). It features an exceptional fluidity ,good operability,excellent physical properties and very low shrinkage. The mixing ratio between Part A and Part B can be 10:1 or 1:1.

addition cure silicone rubber Operation process:
1.Immobilize the prepared model on the base, then brush the release agent on the model. Constructing a moulding box around the model at least 3cm distance and hieight.
2.Pour the mixed and deaerated silicone rubber in a thin stream over the model from as low a height as possible. Keep the first point of contact of the stream with the model to avoid bubbles involved. Pour enough silicone rubber to cover the highest part of the model in a layer at least 1cm thick.
3.The mixed silicone rubber will be cured about 2-4 hours. It is better to wait 24 hours, then disassemble the moulding box and take the mould off the model. Keep it 1-2 days at room temperature for mould stability.
4.Place the mould on the working table, then pour the prepared reproduction material slowly into the mould. At the same time, shake or vibrate the mould so that the reproduction material flows into every surface detail without trapping any air. A better way put into a vaccum cupboard to deaerate completely.
5.Waiting the reproduction material has cured or set, demould it by bending back the mould.
