The pad printing silicone rubber , which is mainly applicable to plastic toys, electronic toys, craft gifts, patter printing, etc., prints the graphic context on a steel plate onto the products with a  silicone rubber on a pad printer as a carrier. And that is called pad printing. 

　　The pad printing is mainly used for making the pad printing silicone head which is the main pattern printing tool on the pad printer.

　　The requirement on the quality of the pad printing silicone rubber head is that it should be free of impurities and particles with good resilience force. If impurities and particles exist in the pad printing silicone rubber, the silicone rubber  head will wear badly with reduced service life and printing times.
