Specific usage:
HY-920 with 20 shore A is suitable for making Pacifiers/nipples for Babies whose age is from 1 month to 1-year-old
HY-950 with 50 shore A is mainly for making Pacifiers/nipples for Babies whose age is from 1year-old to 3-year-old.
Curing Condition:
After Mixed A with B according to mixing ratio of 1:1,
150mm X 150mm X 2mm, mould will be formed in 7minutes under temperatuer of 150 °C
Package:The general packages of HY-950 is 20kg or 200kg per barrel.
Notice:
After the component A and component B are mixed under the temperature of 20 °C, the effective operating time is 5 days in sealing status, The effective operating time will shorten in case of rising temperature.
The viscocity ,hardness and appearance/color of above products can be adjusted according to customer’s specific requirements.

What advantage the silicone nipples have
You can choose latex or silicone nipples. Latex nipples are softer and more flexible, but they don't last as long and some babies are allergic to them. Silicone nipples are firmer and hold their shape longer.
