Using Instruction of Medical grade liquid silicone rubber for insoles

Component A is white flowing liquid and component B is the curing agent. For example, take silicone rubber of 100g and add 3-5% curing agent for mixing evenly. After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles. After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame.

Note: the product is used for pouring or brushing technique. That is to say, fix the product or sole model to be duplicated onto a plane plate, then enclose the plane frame with wooden plates to prevent the leakage of the silicon , mix the silicone rubber and the curing agent evenly according to the mixing ratio of 100 : 3 or 100:5 and pour them onto the sole model, then brush evenly with a wooden plate or a brush, and fill up the mold frame with gypsum after the silicone rubber is dried.

Storage and Precautions of Medical grade liquid silicone rubber for insoles

The product, which is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about one year from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.

Instructions for Medical grade liquid silicone rubber for insoles 

1,Brush some release agent to the original sole mold.(release agent can be soap water, detergent, Vaseline etc)

2,Form a box for the original sole mold.

3,mix our shoe sole silicone with the catalyst (100:5)evenly and pour the mixture to the box.

4,After the shoe soles silicone rubber cured,simply demould it ,then you will get a finished sole silicone mold.

5,Put the finished sole silicone mold into a Box,and pour the plaster onto it.

6,After the plaster cured,simply demould it,you will get a plaster sole mold from the silicone mold.If you repeat step 4 and continue pour plaster into the silicone sole mold,you can get many new plaster mold(As the below picture shows,The green one is the sole silicone mold and the white one is the plaster sole mold)

Attention: When the silicone rubber supplier ask your requirement on the duplication times of silicone,they want to know how much plaster sole mold you want to get from the silicone sole mold. For example,you want 2 plaster sole molds,your requirements on duplication times is 2.

7,Put the plaster sole mold in the box and pour the liquid aluminum metal(or steel material) onto it.

8,Compress the aluminum metal with machine.

9,After the sole aluminum metal mold casted,simply hammer or knock the sole plaster mold and try to get rid of the plaster.

10,Congatulations!You get a complete aluminum sole mold.Now you can produce thousands of your own shoe soles out of any material.
