2 part high elasticity Silicone for making Insoles
HY-E625 Liquid Silicone for Insoles is a solvent-free, flowable - 2 Component RTV Silicone rubber. After mixing the E625# A and E625#B at a mix ratio of 1:1 the material will cure by an addition reaction at room temperature. The cure rate can be accelerated significantly by heat. Material has been especially developed for insoles.
Application:
HY-E625 silicone rubber is specially developed for insoles. It can also be used for lace coating and conveyer belt coating and also for other applications where fast cure at elevated temperatures and good flow or self leveling characteristics are required.

(Note: Other hardness is adjustable,customers can use silicone oil to lower the hardness and viscosity of E625 according to their special requirements.)
Using instructions:
1 Applicable to the injection molding process
2 Mixing component A with B evenly according its mix ratio, it is ready for use after degassing, it cures by heating up the temperature when pouring into the mold.
3 The curing time is subject to the temperature, short time will be required under high temperature, long time will be required while the product with large thickness.
SHELF LIFE:
8-10 months when stored under 24°C in original unopened packages.
PACKAGE:
Packed in 20kg/pail + 20kg/pail and 200kg/pail + 200kg/pail.
