(1):  pad printing silicon rubber materials HY-912 with the advantages of abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, good printing effect, etc. , which made of top-quality raw material due to adding American Dupont Teflon high-temperature resistance new material, is processed through high-temperature machining.

(2):  pad printing silicon rubber HY-912 is also mainly applicable to plastics toys, electroplating products, electronic toys, trademarks and irregular pattern printing. The silicon pad is a carrier which transfer printing the patterns on the steel plate onto the toy products' surface.

2.pad printing operation silicon rubber instructions

The hardness of the pad printing silicon rubber is according to the size of the pattern which you want to print. the normal hardness of the silicone pad is 15A-25A, The general proportion between the silicon rubber and the silicone oil is 100:30100:50,After you take the correct proportion of the mixture ,mix them evenly and sufficiently ,then add curing agent which are 2%-3%of the total weight of the silicon rubber and the silicone oil, keep   stirring for 2 to 3 mins
