Pad printing silicone rubber Application:
Pad printing silicone rubber is mainly use for printing irregular patterns of plastic toys, electroplating toys, trade makers .Silicone pad printing is a carrier which transfer printing the patterns on the steel plate onto the toys products surface.

Pad printing silicone rubber features with the advantages of abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, good printing effect, etc. , which made of top-quality raw material due to adding American Dupont Teflon high-temperature resistance new material, is processed through high-temperature machining. The product is mainly applicable to plastics toys, electroplating products, electronic toys, trademarks and irregular pattern printing. The silicon pad is a carrier which transfer printing the patterns on the steel plate onto the toy products' surface.

Pad printing silicone rubber Operation:
Pad printing silicone rubber is two-component silicone, part A is liquid silicon rubber, part B is catalyst. The usual mixture of silicone rubber and catalyst is 100: 2 or 100: 3. E.g. we take 100g of liquid silicon rubber and 2g-3g catalyst, mix them and pour it to your mold. A fter 2-4 hours, you will get a silicone pad.
Pad printing silicone rubber Storage:
1.The products should be deposited in a clean, ventilating and shade place.
2. The products are non-dangerous goods.
3. Avoid skin and eyes contacting with the curing agent in processing.
4. Once exposed, immediately wash with certain detergent and water. If splash into eyes, should wash with flowing water at least 15 minutes and consult a doctor.
